Superbly equipped with everything you need to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and is fully equipped with quality crockery and glassware. We supply dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towels and on arrival you will find a welcome tray of tea, coffee, milk and orange juice.

In the lounge there are comfy sofas, Flat screen TV DVD & CD player. Doors open out onto balcony with seating -directly overlooking the West Harbour Marina berth and boats.

Bathroom & en-suite will have large fluffy towels as well as a small selection of l’Occitane toiletries for your first night.

Other equipment includes hairdryers, iron and ironing board, beach towels. There’s even a hamper if you want to take the short route around the Marina down to the beach to sunbath, swim and picnic.

On the ground floor there is a cloakroom and storage space. Integral garage and off road parking in front of the house comfortably accommodates two vehicles and there is further visitor parking available nearby .

The Waterside courtyard garden is ‘seaside style’ with pebbles and feature plants and along with table chairs and umbrella for al-fresco dining, relaxing and enjoying the fresh sea air, not to mention the fantastic view over the Marina.
